PromptSpace is run by a small team and we read every email at [email protected]. Whether you found a broken prompt, want to suggest a tool we should build, run a creator account that wants to collaborate, or represent a brand exploring sponsorship — this is the right page to start.

What to email us about

• Prompt requests. Want a prompt for a specific use case we do not cover? Tell us the outcome you want and which model you use, we will draft, test and publish it within 5-7 days.
• Bug reports. Broken images, broken downloads, formatting issues on a prompt page, broken tool generations. Include the URL and a screenshot when possible — most bugs are fixed and deployed within 24 hours.
• Tool suggestions. If there is a creative AI capability we should host as a free tool, suggest it. Several of our current tools (web scraper, image upscaler, sticker generator) shipped within 30 days of being requested.
• Blog topic pitches. If you are an expert in a niche we should cover (regional AI tools, language-specific prompting, professional creative workflows), pitch us. We pay flat-fee for accepted long-form articles.
• Skill submissions. If you have a reusable workflow you would like featured on our Skills marketplace, send us a draft and we will help shape it for publication.
• Brand and partnership inquiries. Sponsorships, integrations, ad-network conversations, affiliate programs. Use the partnerships email subject line for fastest routing.
• Press and interviews. Journalists writing about AI tooling, prompt engineering or creator economy: we are happy to give quotes, share data, or sit for interviews. Include outlet, deadline, and angle.

Response times and what to expect

All inbound email is acknowledged within 24-48 hours during weekdays (we are based in IST / UTC+5:30, so weekend response can extend to Monday). Bug reports get prioritised — most are triaged the same day. Prompt requests typically take 5-7 days to research, generate, test and publish. Partnership inquiries and press requests are handled by the founder directly and will get a personal reply.

Follow us on Instagram at @promptspaceofficial for daily prompt drops, before/after generation showcases, and behind-the-scenes tooling. Comments and DMs are read but slower than email — for anything time-sensitive, email remains fastest.

We are not on Twitter / X, Discord, Telegram or Reddit as official channels. Anyone claiming to represent PromptSpace on those platforms is not us — please report to [email protected] if you encounter impersonation. We may launch official accounts on those platforms in future, in which case this page will be updated.
